HEALTH PROMOTION
Heath promotion is a persistent process, an eternal cause, difficult to be quantized. It requires a fairly long period to be built and cultivated, and there is no instant effect. Heath promotion requires the joint participation of the whole society. As a cell of the society, an enterprise has an obligation to respond to the call from the government to actively develop health promotion activities and create a healthy organization. What’s more important, the health promotion activities carried out by enterprises can drive and influence the staff and their families, the community and even the whole society, which will not only bring real profits and huge intangible assets, but also make healthy contribution to the integrated development of career. Ultimately it will bring the “big health” to the whole society, which is the best reflection of our enterprises focusing on social responsibilities.
In February 2008, Pele Group was the first to join the National Health Promotion Action in Yuhang District, Hangzhou. In early 2009, Pele Group won the title of Hangzhou Healthy Organization, and was elected as vice president unit of Yuhang District Health Promotion Association. In 2010, Pele Group funded the Association to carry out the study of the “Health Promoting Soft Science Research Project" and began to take responsibility for compiling the "Health Enterprise Evaluation System". In 2010, the Health Education Research Institute of East China settled in Pele Group. Pele group has been boosting the health promotion career with its own practical action.
Pele Group proposes eight standards for building a “healthy enterprise”:
